Responding via the HDC Portal

THE DEADLINE FOR RESPONSES TO HDC HAS NOW PASSED

In order to place a comment on the HDC Portal firstly you have to register.

• Click on this link (or cut and paste it into the address bar of your browser):-

http://consult.huntsdc.gov.uk/common/register.jsp?type=consultee

This should take you to the Consultee Registration page.

• You must now complete all the boxes on this form. Choose a suitable username and use the “Check” button to see if it has already been taken. You must agree to the Terms and Conditions before you can proceed. Click the “OK” button to complete registration. Any incomplete fields will be shown in red typeface.

• You will then be given a message which tells you that an activation email will be sent to you shortly.

• In your email inbox look for an email which is entitled: "Huntingdonshire District Council: Consult Registration" from consult@limehousesoftware.co.uk

• Click on the link in the email and it will take you to the “Log In” page. Your username should now be displayed in the Log In box. If not, type it in. Now put your password in.

• You should now be taken to the page entitled: Welcome to Huntingdonshire District Council’s Online Planning Consultation Portal

• Look down the list of adopted documents and click on SHLAA Update: Part C: Site Assessments for Gypsy and Traveller Sites

• Click on: “Read and comment on document”.

• You should now be on the following page: “Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment Update: Part C: Site Assessments for Gypsy and Traveller Sites”

• You can now click on the following tabs:- “View Comments” or “Add Comments”
